Andrew brings a perspective to property that has been shaped by far more than the real estate industry alone. His background includes service in the Australian Regular Army as an Education Officer, work as a public servant with NSW Police Force and experience in Learning and Development with KPMG.
Those roles were grounded in responsibility, communication, ethics and service. They required clear thinking, sound judgement and an understanding that trust is earned through actions, not talk.
That matters in property. For most people, buying or selling is not something they want to overcomplicate. They want honest advice, clear communication and someone who can help them navigate the process without unnecessary pressure, confusion or hassle.
Andrew understands that. He knows that while property is often treated as a national pastime, for most people it is simply something they want handled properly and professionally. They want to make a good decision, avoid costly mistakes and move forward with confidence.
Today, Andrew holds a Class 1 Real Estate Licence in NSW and brings that broader real-world experience into every client relationship. His approach is grounded in honesty, responsibility and genuine advocacy, helping people navigate important property decisions with clarity and care.

The name Ralph & Ralph carries a legacy that began post WWII and continues today in a modern world.
The Original Ralph & Ralph
Ralph & Ralph was founded as a real estate agency in the late 1940s by Ralph Schaverien (Andrew's grandfather) and Ralph Silverstone (Ralph Schaverien's brother-in-law).
Both men were veterans. Both had served their country. And after the war, both dedicated themselves to helping families find homes in a time of rebuilding and hope.
Ralph & Ralph operated for nearly 50 years, providing rental homes and property services to the local community right through to the late 1990s.
The legacy they built wasn't just about property. It was about service, integrity and putting families first.

Ralph Schaverien was a WWII veteran who left the Army in 1947 and spent the rest of his life near the coast with his wife Frances.
He was a man of sharp wit, dry humour, and unwavering integrity. A passionate rugby fan who loved to tease his grandchildren about any time his teams would beat theirs. A father, grandfather and great-grandfather who lived to 104 and never stopped joking with Andrew about having more hair than him.
But more than anything, Ralph Schaverien was a man who believed in doing right by people.
He built Ralph & Ralph on the principle that property was about more than transactions. It was about trust, honesty and genuine care for the people involved.
That principle is the foundation of Ralph & Ralph today.

Ralph Silverstone was born in Wales and served as a fireman during the Blitz. After WWII, he became a property developer and philanthropist, heavily involved in community work.
He was married to Joy (Ralph Schaverien's older sister) and had two daughters. Like his brother-in-law, Ralph Silverstone believed that property wasn't just about buildings. It was about creating homes where families could thrive.
Together, the two Ralphs built a business that served their community for nearly half a century.
